Confused about water-based paver sealers? Here’s a quick guide on the sealers we apply on pavers and natural stone.

Joint Stabilizing Sealers

Joint sand stabilizing sealers perform two tasks at once. The water-based sealer stabilizes the sand in the paver joints to prevent sand loss and to help retard weed growth. The water-based sealer also helps to protect and harden mortar joints used in natural stone applications. The sealer provides an even coverage of protection on the surface which makes cleaning of any stains quick and easy. Depending on the application you can expect 3-5 years for patios and walkways from just one application and 2-3 years for driveways. Joint stabilizing sealers are available in wet look finish and natural look finish.
